APH - Mabuhay ang Pilipino

A filipino joke my dad told during dinner yesterday. It's funny coz it's pretty accurate (what a filipino might do in the situation). I just drew out what I thought a typical filipino dude would look like, but it's pretty much just a crappy version of most people's Philippines OCs for Hetalia. Juan de la Cruz seems to be the most appropriate (and popular) name for him, but at my brother's request I added more stuff to his name (because I know filipinos with unreasonably long names) and came up with Juan Andres Samuel de la Cruz.

*fail* coz Juan is taller than Arthur...

Maybe if I'm not too lazy, I'll draw a proper version of Juan. For some reason though, I wanted the Philippines' history to have a female Hetalia character, but I'll have to find some loopholes to make that work [should I give Juan an older sister?]. _{Coz Italy is represented with two characters, maybe it'll work...but they have regional differences...I'm talking about history...*rants to herself*}
